- Serve as a core team member on key pieces of business, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Execute and support the development of sports activation and partnership strategies for consumer brands
- Manage daily client communications and internal workflows across accounts
- Craft, present and execute integrated communications strategies for major campaigns
- Develop and implement media strategies to generate earned coverage (e.g., build media lists, pitch media, staff interviews)
- Draft and edit media materials (e.g., pitches, Q&As, briefing documents), producing high-quality, client-facing final products
- Demonstrate a consistent understanding of cultural trends (sports and pop culture) among varied audiences (e.g., Gen-Z and millennials) and relevant client/media industry news to identify compelling long-term and quick-strike ideas for clients, media and influencers
- Assess value of client participation in high-impact sports events, partnerships and cultural moments
- Mentor and support team members to foster excellence, camaraderie and success
- Serve as a regular participant in client meetings and presentations
- Adopt new media trends, platforms and practices, democratizing learnings and helping to raise the acumen of our organization and clients
- Assist with ongoing reporting, research and monitoring projects for clients
- Manage outside vendors/partners and troubleshoot activations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

NYC Salary range: $74,000 - $85,000
