Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with customers, external appraisers, market and risk analysis to determine market and loan values for large residential and commercial properties
  • Managing your own portfolio of new and existing customers, including commissioning and verifying appraisals, and determining the value of collateral
  • Providing ongoing support for your portfolio, including monitoring data quality and conducting analyses
  • Assisting with testing new features in our security system
  • Optional involvement in the growing Rolling Stock security segment, including the valuation of freight and passenger vehicles, based on references from internationally active consulting and appraisal companies

Your qualifications:

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or relevant degree in economics
  • Experience in the credit sector, ideally with a focus on security contract creation or evaluation and risk analysis
  • Knowledge of legal regulations (CRR, PfandBG i. V.) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of relevant bank systems (SiMO, LoanIQ, GPInfo)
