Description
As the
Account Director in Martha, OK, your main responsibility will be to develop and manage shopper-centric POS and creative solutions.
Your role will involve leading the Client Services teams in multiple markets and providing ongoing solutions to address client challenges.
Your knowledge and interest in retail marketing, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics sector, would be beneficial in this role.
You should have a natural passion and enthusiasm, as well as a hands-on approach, to successfully meet the operational and financial targets set by clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of client satisfaction by managing client communication, internal resources, and external suppliers
- Support the personal development of team members through appraisals, onetoone meetings, mentoring, and training
- Take ownership of and resolve any issues, quality concerns, or corrective actions
- Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the job
- Develop effective growth strategies and manage opportunities for clients
- Collaborate with the Business Director to create client development plans for each year
- Achieve and exceed growth targets
- Manage the overall financial performance of the account, including risk analysis and resolution
- Identify potential risks to the account and implement strategies to manage them
- Review and renew contracts as needed
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision makers
