Your responsibilities:

Manage development activities and research projects for our entire product portfolio
Lead and oversee a department of over 100 employees, considering costs and efficiency
Develop and implement innovative solutions, expanding our innovative capacity in your area of responsibility
Collaborate with suppliers to develop automation solutions
Ensure timely and budgetfriendly implementation of goals
Streamline working processes in automation technology (development and construction)
Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions (hardware, software, digitalization)
Identify potential synergies across different product portfolios

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, or information technology
Extensive relevant work experience and several years of management experience
Knowledge of electrical and electrotechnical components
Strong and persuasive personality
Assertiveness, personal initiative, and a strong work ethic
Innovative mindset and goaloriented approach
