Join our HSEQ department

As our new HSEQ coordinator, you will be part of the HSEQ Community in Ramboll Energy, working with colleagues in multiple countries.

This position will be based in Hannover or Hamburg, Germany and will report to the global Energy HSEQ manager. You will also work closely with German departments and project managers in Energy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing daily support to project and department managers in HSEQ matters
Assisting tender teams with HSEQ information for clients
Supporting project teams with HSEQrelated tasks
Ensuring compliance with work environment requirements (HSE) in Germany
Planning and conducting internal audits in collaboration with local management
Assisting with reporting, evaluating, and analyzing Energy's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Supporting the handling of nonconformities, including followup and analysis
Contributing to the implementation of procedures and supporting materials
Depending on experience: leading and participating in external audits (supplier and subcontractor audits, 3rdparty audits)
