As part of our talent team in Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, or Hamburg, you will shape and accompany the transformation of the working world at EY through innovative ideas, service-oriented consulting, and excellent processes.

In doing so, you will take on diverse tasks:

Operational support of recruiting processes
Participation in the conceptual development of procedures
Support in optimizing processes
Assistance in daytoday personnel matters
Independent work and getting to know the organizational structures of a professional services company

This position is available immediately until the end of March 2023.

What you bring - Skills that shape the future

Studies in economics or humanities, at least in the third semester
First experience in the HR field
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical skills and precise work style
Flexibility and openness to new, diverse challenges
Excellent communication skills in German and English
