Are you looking to not just talk about digitalization, but actively participate and shape it in small and medium-sized businesses? As a mathematician (m/f/d), we will prepare you for consulting projects in software development within 12 months through our IT consulting trainee program. In addition to our industry solution unitop, we will train you in programming (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC) and the Microsoft 365 world (SharePoint, PowerApps, BI tools, and more). In the end, you will be working in both worlds: consulting and programming.

Your tasks

  • Intensive 12-month trainee phase with targeted training and workshops (e.g. AL programming, Microsoft 365 world, project methods, etc.) to prepare you for your role as a junior IT consultant (m/f/d)
  • Needs analysis of our clients' target processes and analysis and optimization of processes based on our comprehensive ERP solution unitop
  • Consulting projects in software development (ERP) - from individual development and programming to implementation at the client's site
  • Support in project coordination and communication with clients regarding measures and budgets
  • Workshops and training with (key) users regarding the implemented solution

Your profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business
