To support our team at our
location in Gladbeck, we are currently seeking a
Assistant to the Site Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 companies in the fire protection industry. We have over 20 locations throughout Germany, including our own pipe prefabrication facility in Elmenhorst. Our group of companies includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water extinguishing, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing, and fire alarm systems.

Our comprehensive range of services also includes individual fire protection concepts as well as maintenance and repair of all systems.

Your contribution to our joint success:

Support of the site manager in administrative and organizational matters
Coordination of appointments and events, including creating participant lists
Organization and management of personnel matters at the site
Liaison between the site manager and various departments at the headquarters in Hanau
Taking on special projects and independent tasks after training

What sets you apart:

Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in a similar position is advantageous
Good knowledge of MS Office
Structured, independent, costconscious, and resultsoriented work style, complemented by flexibility and resilience
