Who we are looking for:

To provide optimal support for our customers and audiologists, we are looking for reinforcements for our customer service team. As a link between audiologists and customers, you will handle communication, organization, and ensure customer satisfaction. The focus of this position will be on digital audiology support through remote adjustments. You will receive comprehensive training for this role.


Your responsibilities:


  • Customer support and communication
  • Focus: Adjustment/finetuning of hearing aids through remote maintenance
  • Liaison between audiologists and customers
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries, both by phone and online
  • Support for audiologist requests
  • Various organizational tasks
  • Verification and followup of completed adjustments

Your profile:


  • Completed training or extensive experience in audiology
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken (native level)
  • Structured and motivated work style
  • Strong communication skills and good expression
  • Independent and solutionoriented work approach
  • Desire for continuous development
  • Previous experience in remote adjustments is desirable, but not required
