For our client, a bank, we are looking for
employees (m/f/d) in
branch service in
Düsseldorf ,
Cologne , and
Bonn to support the team.

The employment contract will be through
direct placement .

Your tasks at a glance:


  • First point of contact for customers at the service point in the branch
  • Answering questions about finances in person, by phone, and digitally
  • Assessing which financial services are suitable for the customer and making contact with advisors

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in the banking sector or completed commercial training
  • First professional experience in a similar position
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and finding solutions for customers
  • Convincing personality and consulting skills
  • Ideally, first professional experience in a bank
