Currently, we are looking for Contact Center Agents (m/f/d) to support us in an inbound customer service project for a well-known furniture store in Essen.

Due to the large number of French-speaking customers, knowledge of the language is a great advantage, but not mandatory.


Your Responsibilities
In your new service project, you will be responsible for all service cases related to the furniture trade


This includes:

  • Customer service over the phone (inbound / no sales)
  • Handling service cases in writing (email / tickets)
  • Basic product consultations
  • Maintenance of various systems and databases

Your Key Facts
Here are the most important key facts about your new position as a Contact Agent:

  • Base salary: €12.50 / hour
  • Additional: €1.50 / hour if you speak French
  • Additional: Up to €3.50 performance bonus / hour
  • Training / onboarding: Approximately 12 weeks
  • Training location: Essen city center
  • Training start: May / June 2024
