In House Timekeeper Responsibilities

  • Accurately allocate/enter time for a broad headcount from multiple projects via client timekeeping system, ie. Track, CDMS
  • Reconciling internal data vs client systems in a timely manner
  • Understanding of project budget and client contracts
  • Review, and submit cost reports to client and Project Management
  • Prepares client invoices in accordance with the contract terms, expectations and timelines.
  • Monitors project balances on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Unbilled and Unearned items
  • Accuracy and ability to focus on details assuring a minimum amount of rework

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as a timekeeper using Track/CDMS.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Liaison between field and corporate payroll to address any related issues
  • Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • MS Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables/VLookup)
  • Successful completion of background/drug screening.

  • Paycom

  • GEP
