- What you bring
- Completed commercial training or experience in customer service, experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
- Ideally, you already have experience in telephone and written customer consultation
- You are characterized by a strong service and customer orientation
- Your strengths include good expression, communication skills, and teamwork
- Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to continuously learn new things round off your profile
- You handle incoming customer inquiries (via telephone, chat, or email) competently and customeroriented
- You manage customer support for account opening and account management, including bankspecific processes for Germanspeaking end customers
- You carefully and reliably check and maintain customer data
- You work closely with our internal departments and support them in implementing various projects
- You ensure that their ideas are implemented and processes are continuously optimized
