  • What you bring
  • Completed commercial training or experience in customer service, experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
  • Ideally, you already have experience in telephone and written customer consultation
  • You are characterized by a strong service and customer orientation
  • Your strengths include good expression, communication skills, and teamwork
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to continuously learn new things round off your profile
Your tasks include

  • You handle incoming customer inquiries (via telephone, chat, or email) competently and customeroriented
  • You manage customer support for account opening and account management, including bankspecific processes for Germanspeaking end customers
  • You carefully and reliably check and maintain customer data
  • You work closely with our internal departments and support them in implementing various projects
  • You ensure that their ideas are implemented and processes are continuously optimized
