- Required Licensure as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW
- Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.

About the Role:
Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full-Time opportunities for Licensed Clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Lowell, MA. Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. We thrive for an environment in which the emotional and psychological well-being of the individual is maintained and encouraged. Arbour provides a warm, encouraging work environment that values healthy work dynamics. We strive to offer compassionate and innovative care to the youth and families we serve.
The Lead Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist's training, experience and general level of competence. This Licensed Clinician will also assist in mentoring graduate-level interns.
