We are currently seeking a full-time HR Generalist (m/f/d) for our location in Kranzberg near Munich.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • As part of our HR team, you will primarily support the annual training needs analysis and independently organize the implementation of inhouse training together with our managers and external training providers.
  • As an HR Generalist, you will be actively involved in the daytoday operations, from A for employment contracts to Z for references.
  • You will contribute your ideas and demonstrate your organizational skills in exciting HR projects.
  • With the goal of ensuring a successful onboarding process for new colleagues, you will make the necessary preparations.
  • In case of absence, you will take on tasks in the recruiting process and create evaluations and statistics.

What qualifications do you bring?

  • You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree with a focus on HR and are now looking to enter the HR business. Alternatively, you have gained indepth knowledge of HR during your commercial training
