We are looking for a Service/Reception employee (m/f/d) for the youth education center Rolleferberg in Aachen-Brand, managed by the Federal Association of German Catholic Youth (BDKJ), for our overnight and conference operations starting on May 1st, 2023.

The position is part-time (50% BU) with a workload of 19.5 hours per week and is initially limited to 2 years.

Your responsibilities:

Staffing the reception for guest inquiries and requests
Conference service including preparation and followup of conference rooms
Processing reservations and invoicing if necessary
Planning and organizing events
Supervising the dining hall in accordance with hygiene regulations
Preparation and followup of sleeping rooms (without cleaning)

We expect from you:

Completed vocational training in the hospitality or hotel industry
Experience in service and conference operations
Willingness to work shifts regularly, including weekends and holidays
Friendly and confident demeanor, ability to work independently, organizational skills, and flexibility
