As a student at Helmsburg, you will have the opportunity to apply and implement the theoretical knowledge you have acquired during your practical phases with us.

Your main focus will be on gaining practical experience in areas such as administration and organizational processes, financial management, marketing, procurement/logistics, quality management, and human resource management.

We welcome applicants with the following qualifications: * General university entrance qualification * University of Applied Sciences entrance qualification * Subject-specific university entrance qualification (selection of degree program is dependent on the subject-specific qualification) * Master's degree * Completed vocational training in combination with a passed entrance examination * Completion of advanced training (e.g.

technician, admission to a degree program is possible after a consultation)

Start and duration:

Always starts on October 1st of a calendar year and lasts for six semesters of regular study time

Skills:

Soft skills: self-motivation, determination, teamwork, reliability, responsibility, perseverance, communication skills
Hard skills: good knowledge of German, expandable English skills, presentation skills, confident handling of new media

Degree:

Consists of module exams during the course of study in mandatory, elective, and practical modules, as well as a bachelor's thesis
The bachelor's thesis consists of the thesis and the defense
After successfully defending the bachelor's thesis, you will be awarded a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, which will enable you to enter the workforce immediately or pursue a master's degree.
