Your tasks:

First point of contact for all employees and managers, primarily in the Operations department, for administrative and personnelrelated inquiries
Participation in the development of personnel and organizational development projects
Independent and responsible management of a defined group of employees
Coordination and scheduling of internal and external personnel
Independent management of recruiting processes in the assigned area
Contract management
Support and participation in HR projects
Optimization and standardization of HR processes

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training with further education as a personnel specialist or a degree in business administration with a focus on personnel, or a comparable qualification
Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
57 years of practical experience in the HR field
Strong interest in business and personnel processes
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office applications
High level
