Your Responsibilities:


Welcoming
You are the first person our members see and hear on the phone. You greet our members, take in trial trainings, and pass on appointments to your trainer colleagues. You are also responsible for the organized check-in process.


You are the Control Center
You schedule appointments with our existing members and prospects. You provide members with information about their membership and operate the membership software. You handle complaints and change requests and are in contact with the administration when needed.


In short:
you are the point of contact in the studio.


Being an All-Rounder
The work in customer service is diverse and varied


Other tasks include:

  • Telephone service
  • Preparation and sale of drinks
  • Sales of additional products
  • General cleaning work at the counter and in the changing rooms
  • Daily closing of the cash register
