Your responsibilities:

As an operations manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

You will play a key role in optimizing our processes and structures to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of our services.

Your tasks will include:

Ensuring compliance with and improvement of occupational safety standards.
Developing and implementing performance metrics.
Training and developing our employees.
Optimizing work systems and process design.
Creating and managing deployment and shift schedules.
First point of contact and liaison for our clients.
Introducing and training new employees.
Proactively contributing to the projects being managed through selfplanning.

Your profile:

We are looking for a determined leader with...
