Our 6-month trainee program prepares you perfectly for your entry into technical sales. In our factories in Großostheim, Neuwied or Höchstadt a.d.

Aisch, you will go through all sales-related departments, get to know our services (hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating) intensively and regularly accompany your experienced colleagues in field sales.

Step by step, you will take on more responsibility until, upon completion of the trainee program, you will take over your own sales territory with the following tasks:

Support and advice for existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
Preparation of calculations, offers, market analyses and sales statistics as well as development and implementation of derived measures from the key figures.
Followup of offers as well as independent conduct of price and contract negotiations
Processing of complaints and training on the topic of hotdip galvanizing on site with the customer

Your profile - motivated and ambitious

You have a completed technical education (e.g. locksmith, metalworker, machinist, surface coater (m/f/d), materials science studies or comparable) or have acquired corresponding technical knowledge in the field of metal processing / metal finishing in another way
Professional experience is not a requirement
You have a confident appearance, are open, dynamic and curious, take on responsibility in the workplace and are passionate about sales
You have a valid driver's license
