Description
The State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart is the largest art university in the state of Baden-Württemberg with approximately 850 students in the fields of art, architecture, design, and art history-restoration.
We are currently seeking a temporary part-time employee (50%) for a period of two years to join our team in the Personnel Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll for student and academic assistants
- Assisting with recruitment and appointment procedures, managing applicants
- Managing electronic time tracking (AIDA)
- Processing travel requests and excursion reimbursements
- Creating employment references and certificates
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a clerk in public administration or office communication, or equivalent
- Previous experience in public administration, preferably in the field of personnel
- Interest and openness towards our digital personnel management program (HIS SVA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office products
