The Municipal Supply Association Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) is a public corporation with the business areas of civil service pensions, health insurance, municipal personnel services, and supplementary pensions.

The geographical area of operation covers the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association is headquartered in Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart.

At our office in Karlsruhe, we are looking to fill the following position in the Department of Control, Personnel, and Organization as soon as possible:
Organizational Developer (m/f/d)

S Your main tasks: Designing organizational improvements for the structure and processes and participating in change processes Conducting personnel assessment procedures in all areas of KVBW Further development in the areas of digitization and automation Consulting on the creation of job descriptions and developing job evaluations Leading and managing projects, taking into account innovations, trends, and new technologies Developing tools for controlling and organizing the company We expect from you: Qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service (e.g. through a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Management) or an equivalent qualification, e.g. as a certified administrative specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable business degree outside of the public sector, or the willingness to acquire this qualification in the near future In-depth knowledge in the areas of personnel assessment and organizational development Experience in moderating meetings and planning and presenting complex issues Expertise in personnel law and collective
