As a Planning and Project Engineer for Substations (m/f/d), you will help shape the future of energy with us in Andersonville.

You ensure the energy supply in the region and contribute to the energy transition.

You as a designer:

To ensure a secure power supply at all times, you realize and coordinate our construction measures in the area of 110/20kV substations and medium-voltage switchgear.


  • You as an energy hero: You lead projects in the field of substation and switchgear new construction, expansion, and conversion measures, with a focus on 110/20kV new construction and renewal projects. You are responsible for the entire project process, leading a project team, as well as cost estimation, cost control, and processing in our ERP system (SAP). You create the corresponding tender documents, evaluate submitted offers, and accompany the award processes until the contract is awarded.

You as a strategist:
You implement the corporate standard construction methods for the construction of high and medium-voltage switchgear and apply them. You accompany the projects in a timely and cost-effective manner in close cooperation with the entire project team. You review the technical design documents and technically accept the completed trades. You identify potential problems in the project early on and take appropriate action. You lead our technical substation construction projects from groundbreaking to commissioning.
