Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for personnel planning and conducting employee meetings
  • Close collaboration with management regarding strategic topics and projects of the businesses in the region
  • Participation in optimizing production processes and procedures
  • Regular collaboration with executives at various locations (in Bavaria and Thuringia)
  • Contribution to the development of new products, technical equipment, and training of executives

Your profile:

  • Completed technical education or degree in food technology or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a manager in production companies (ideally in the food industry)
  • Technical understanding, such as working with fully automated systems
  • Business acumen and time management skills
