Take responsibility for ensuring that the customer has an incredible shopping experience in our store by greeting them and presenting the Skechers brand
Sell our amazing products and their features and benefits by recommending shoes and accessories that far exceed our customers' wishes and needs
Avoid losses in transactions due to accuracy and integrity
Treat the store as if it were your own business and ensure that the sales floor is always full, meticulously clean, and all prices are correctly displayed. The store should meet our high standards
Work at a fast pace and with accuracy to process merchandise shipments and meet deadlines
Ensure that the positive energy and enthusiasm of the entire team is shared with customers and each team member
Follow our policies and procedures, as well as best practices, to ensure a healthy, safe, and profitable store
