Overview:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct evaluations; analyze and identify communication and skill requirements.
  • Translate needs into workshop and remedial training modules.
  • Develop and revise workbooks and class instructional materials associated with standard and customized workshops.
  • Perform training related administrative tasks; develop and maintain training databases.
  • Conduct facetoface and online training; attend and participate in meetings and committees.
  • Make presentations as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Professional clinical experience and understanding of healthcare delivery preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
