Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations; analyze and identify communication and skill requirements.
- Translate needs into workshop and remedial training modules.
- Develop and revise workbooks and class instructional materials associated with standard and customized workshops.
- Perform training related administrative tasks; develop and maintain training databases.
- Conduct facetoface and online training; attend and participate in meetings and committees.
- Make presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Professional clinical experience and understanding of healthcare delivery preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
