Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure the accuracy of an electronic class schedule, including web entry pages.
- Develop and conduct training for users of the schedule entry process.
- Develop curriculum and deliver initial and ongoing training for all data entry persons in the use of the class scheduling system.
- Create, maintain and revise all scheduling related training and process documentation in the form of web pages on the VA system.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
