WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Point of contact for all IT-related questions in the hardware and software area
- Receiving and analyzing software and hardware problems and resolving issues
- Professionally creating solution proposals
- Implementation and installation, as well as updates of software programs
- Installation and configuration of client hardware and software components
- ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Navision Business Central
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualifications
- First professional experience in the field of IT support
