Short Description

Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application within the Cooper Health System. Troubleshoots, researches and solves technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Specifically working with Epic Cadence/Prelude and Decision Trees and MyChart. Design, Optimize and Build Decision Trees for an online scheduling solution.
* Build and Support of the company's overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap
* Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement
* Assist with the development of new digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level.
* Champion the digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization.
* Experience with implementation, upgrade, and optimization work.
* Attention to detail, and experience with Agile/Scrum are preferred.
* Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.

Experience Required

5-10 years experience required

Epic Cadence and Prelude Certification and Decision Tree Badge required MyChart preferred
Experience with online scheduling design and implementation preferred

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

5 years of relevant application business experience required in lieu of Bachelors' Degree

Special Requirements

Application-specific system certification required
