Your responsibilities with us:

  • Demonstrate your technical and manual skills in repairing or assembling bicycles and ebikes
  • Be a helping hand and install purchased accessories on customer bikes
  • Manage repair intake and inventory through our merchandise management system
  • Advise our customers on workshop products and ensure that each customer receives individual and tailored advice
  • In case something goes wrong, assist with returns and complaints
