Overview:
Customer Service Representative

Herbalife International Deutschland GmbH


About the role:
This position provides the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with our standards and targets.

You will respond promptly and effectively to queries from our clients and distributors (members) through various communication channels and ensure accurate data maintenance.

You will also support technical and ad hoc project roll-outs, including gathering requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.

As an ambassador of the Herbalife brand, you will uphold our corporate values and EMEA goals to maintain our brand image.


Our Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment with a proven track record of high performance
  • Ability to handle conflicts calmly and respectfully
  • Outgoing and positive attitude with the ability to positively influence others
  • Passion for exceeding distributor expectations and making a positive contribution to the team
  • Strong ability to engage with distributors to coach, educate, and positively influence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (in addition to the local language)
