We are currently looking for a student assistant to support our client company in the field of accounting.


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing, categorizing, and booking incoming invoices
  • Categorizing and booking outgoing invoices, bank and cash transactions
  • Creating and booking personnel costs

Your profile:


  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ideally, you have previous experience with ERP or similar booking systems

Details:


  • Start date: immediately until , with the possibility of extension
  • Work days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: Flexible between 07:00 and 16:00
  • Workload: 1020 hours per week
