Verisure is looking for a talented, innovative, and passionate (Junior) HR Business Partner to join our fantastic HR team in Frankfurt, reporting directly to our HR department head for Germany.

The successful candidate will work closely with our leaders and immerse themselves in the organization to understand the impact of our strategy on the entire company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the company and coaching our leaders on a wide range of HR and other businessrelated matters, such as restructuring, acquisitions, recruitment, talent development, and engagement.
  • Collaborating with leaders on strategic planning and implementing restructuring in teams, departments, and functions, including compensation, team communication, and endtoend support to ensure we are constantly prepared for growth.
