Your role and responsibilities:


  • You will understand the priorities and identify the content needs of shops and brands.
  • You will be responsible for finding potential new video content.
  • You will follow and understand brand accounts.
  • You will handle customer requests and complaints and communicate with major companies.
  • You will upload and integrate new product videos from brand partners.
