  • Leading, training, coaching, and motivating your branch team
  • Planning, analyzing, and controlling branch key figures
  • Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
  • Planning and executing merchandise orders and maintaining inventory
  • Managing product presentation and stocking

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed training, e.g. as a salesperson or retail merchant (m/f/d)
  • At least three years of leadership experience in (food) retail, e.g. as a store manager, market leader, or branch manager
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • Solutionoriented work style and understanding of business economics
