We are looking for a
Department Head for Volunteer Services (m/f/d) in part-time (19.5 hours/week) and permanent position for our district office in Dortmund, starting as soon as possible.

Job Description:

Management and leadership of work processes and team processes, including:
Supervision of department employees
Management of the economic, political and strategic direction of the AWO Westliches Westfalen's voluntary services
Further development of pedagogical concepts as well as qualitative and strategic orientation
Ensuring district internal work processes
Consulting and supporting the branches and placement sites
Exchange with other departments and divisions in the performance of crosscutting tasks and content
Development and implementation of professional events

You bring with you:

Successfully completed degree in social pedagogy/social work, educational sciences or similar qualification
Indepth knowledge of (legal) framework conditions of (youth) voluntary services
