    This role typical reports into the Sr Brand Manager, Go-To-Market and is based in our Buckhead office on-site 4 days a week.

    40%: Maintain and assist in execution of Carter's Retail promotional direct-to-consumer calendar
    • Lead execution of promotional events, including calendar cadence, flash sales, doorbusters & other promotions as needed with cross-functional marketing partners
    • Maintain single-source of truth direct-to-consumer calendar, partnering with planning & retial teams to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
    • Communicate calendar changes to cross-functional teams (email, ecommerce, demand gen, etc.)
    40%: Support creative reviews for digital, in-store and direct mail to confirm execution of hierarchy, product, and messaging accuracy
    • Ensure that the creative and messaging will deliver on the needs of the business and voice concern when they don't, along with providing creative solutions
    • Validate the marketing cadence is aligned with Retail strategies and weekly markdowns (including any featured pricing)
    • Point of contact for all promotional marketing questions (creative, marketing channels, and retail partners)
    20% Provide eCommerce and Creative Marketing teams with insight on merchandise strategies and priorities, including developing turnover briefs and seasonal strategy decks
    • Assist in executing detailed briefs to provide campaign direction for content slotting across marketing channel teams
    • Support Sr Manager in quarterly promotional calendar planning & strategy presentations with entire creative and marketing teams

    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player comfortable with change and prioritizing requests
    Preferred skills and experience:
    • 1-2+ years experience in marketing, ecommerce or project management
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
