We are currently looking for reliable and responsible school companions (m/f/d) for schools in Bamberg and the districts of Bamberg, Forchheim and Lichtenfels.

Your responsibilities:

Integrative education of children and adolescents in schools in the sense of integrative school support
Support in everyday school life, assistance with practical matters
Inclusive education and support with work/learning behavior
Promotion of social interaction and communication, as well as support in the social and emotional area

The goal is for the child/adolescent to be able to meet the requirements in school as independently as possible and to successfully participate in the community and classroom activities.

Your profile:

You are characterized by empathy and a sense of responsibility
Experience in working with children or adolescents, possibly through your profession or volunteer work, is an advantage
Ability to work independently, reliability, and good communication skills
Good knowledge of German
Knowledge of Arabic is required for a specific school assistance position
Knowledge of working with autistic individuals is definitely an advantage for some children
