To carry out the construction of our own real estate projects as well as third-party projects (general contractor/construction manager), we are looking for a project manager to join our team in Haw River.


Your responsibilities:
Independently lead and manage construction projects from start to finish Support the entire planning team in coordination with the project development team Assist with cost estimation and project accounting to ensure profitability Manage the bidding, contracting, coordination, and accounting of subcontractor services Oversee all parties involved in the project (clients, authorities, neighbors, etc.)

Ensure project control and manage opportunities, risks, contracts, and legal matters Your profile:
Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience as a project/construction manager, construction technician, or finishing foreman Good knowledge of construction contract law and procurement law Ideally, experience with iTWO software Willingness to take on responsibility and work independently and diligently Good knowledge of MS Office Our offer: Flexible working hours: Our working time model offers even more freedom and flexibility for individual life situations, including trust-based working hours Attractive working hours: Our 4 1/2-day work week
