Basic Function:
To assist in coordinating activities related to Spanish publishing, international special projects, database and sample product maintenance, permissions requests, and support to licensees


Reports to:
International Rights & Support Manager


Specific Responsibilities:

Spanish product coordination—Works with various departments within Tyndale to ensure timely release of new Spanish titles

Licensing support—This includes: sending electronic catalogs, review copies and PDF files, cover/image file provision, and providing various other support to licensees as needed

International special projects—**Works with Production to quote and produce special book and Bible projects for the International Publishing and Sales Team. Coordinates the Local Print initiative with key accounts globally

Database maintenance & follow-up—Maintains reports of activities for all aspects of rights and licensing schedules including: contract signing due dates, advance due dates, sample copies due, royalty statement due dates, expiration dates, etc. Follows up with licensees as needed. Maintains sample library.

Permissions requests—Researches and evaluates all permissions requests, providing prompt follow-up in accordance with THP policies and assessing fees for requests that fall outside of fair use.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Position Profile:


  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • College degree or related work experience preferred
  • Ability to confidently interact with an internationally diverse client base
  • Wellorganized and attentive to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in administrative recordkeeping is a plus.
