We are currently looking for a:

Team Leader for Media Processing (m/f/d)/ Customer Service/ Office Management/ Office Organization/ Lamination

Your responsibilities:

  • Team leader for approximately 10 employees
  • Personnel planning/ vacation planning
  • Quality control
  • Proper lamination of books
  • Process optimization
  • Conducting regular feedback discussions with your employees and supporting their personal and professional development
  • Maintaining customer data in the merchandise management system
  • Assisting customers with any questions regarding orders
  • Handling complaints about missing print editions

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
  • Meticulous work ethic
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Perfect German language skills
  • Process and quality thinking are your strengths
