Your tasks:

  • Project management and control for the conversion of heat generation systems to renewable energies
  • Coordination of internal and external planning services
  • Maintenance and energy renovation of existing buildings
  • Monitoring and evaluation of LWL energy data management

Your profile:

  • Completed (technical) university degree (diploma/bachelor) in the field of building services engineering / technical building equipment
or

  • Other employees who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience in the mentioned area of responsibility due to many years of professional experience. This includes in particular applicants with a completed further education as a technician or master (m/f/d) in the field of building services engineering heating/ventilation/sanitation with many years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility and a willingness for professional development
  • Knowledge in creating tenders as well as in contract and procurement management
  • Knowledge in the field of VOB and HOAI
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs
  • Completed training as an energy consultant (desirable)
  • Independent and selfreliant way of working
  • Strong economic perspective
  • High willingness to learn and work
  • Driver's license


For our LWL construction and real estate management in the Technical Building Management, Energy and Data Management department, we offer a full-time permanent position (39 hours/week).

Part-time is also possible.

The classification is based on qualifications and specific professional experience.
