To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are currently seeking an HR Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately or by agreement.


Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all employees regarding HRrelated questions, both over the phone and in person
  • Operational handling and support of personnelrelated issues in terms of personnel management and administration
  • Independent creation and maintenance of evaluations, reports, and statistics
  • Support in applicant management, such as creating and administering internal and external job postings
  • Potential involvement in local projects in the area of talent attraction and development
  • Preparation and coordination of salary payments

Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to quickly develop into a strong and agile HR expert
  • First professional experience in operational personnel support, ideally in recruiting and/or employer branding
  • Enthusiasm for HR topics and
