Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and sales of services (maintenance and repair of gates and doors)
  • Conducting negotiations and sales talks, as well as creating offers including calculation and processing of repair orders and maintenance offers
  • Taking responsibility for target goals regarding revenue and contribution margin
  • Strategic expansion of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
  • Identification of customer potentials and their processing
  • Close contact with service technicians
  • Handling of complaints

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial, craft, or technical education
  • Ideally, sales experience in field service and experience in the field of gate and door technology
  • Enthusiasm for sales and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding
  • Ability to close deals and selforganization
