HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will provide support to both HR Operations and Commercial Teams for Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) & Perfumary & Beauty (P&B).

The role will support the enhancement of the entire employee life-cycle experience from On-Boarding, growth and development, and culture /engagement as well as special projects.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Leadership Team with site strategies and goals around employee culture and engagement activities
  • Schedule/Facilitate the New Hire On-Boarding Program for the site, Annual Trainings. Lunch and Learns, Employee Engagement Activities, and other site events as assigned
  • HR Training Ambassador to help rollout new programs/policies
  • Manage I9 Document process for New Hires, Welcome Agendas,, etc.
  • Project coordination, Audits, KPI reports
  • Partner with Benefits / EAP coordinate onsite or virtual EAP Training Sessions, Group Announcement
  • Maintain records of employees participation in all training & development programs
  • Point of contact for employees basic questions: Payroll, Benefits, and etc
  • Manage communications via TV Monitor & Bulletin Board updates
  • Training, promotions, New Hires, Anniversaries, B-Days, Values & Behaviors

You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communication or similar field of study.
  • 35 years of progressive HR experience is preferred (with increasing responsibilities, scope and capabilities)
  • Proficient with Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated process and project management skills with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of strong analytical skills to analyze data, understand pattern/trends and make recommendations and proposals for business solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize competing deadlines
  • High learning agility, with strong attention to detail and growth mindset
  • Successfully navigate ambiguity in order to obtain the required information to make reasoned recommendations
  • Act as a change agent and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Highlevel of interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong sense of accountability and proactively to drive progress to completion
