- Leading and supporting maintenance technicians, sanitation staff, and external contractor services on site
- Establishing and managing an inventory database in CMMS (E-Maintenance), ensuring all necessary parts are available with the correct quantities
- Updating existing PMs and creating new ones to enhance equipment reliability in the E-maintenance CMMS system. Ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
- Managing TBRAs (Task-Based Risk Assessments) and designing new assessments
- Collaborating with the Engineering & Maintenance Manager in project leadership
- Identifying and requesting MRO purchases for parts required for repairs or replacements

- High School Diploma or equivalent, along with two years of college or 5-10 years of relevant experience as a maintenance planner/coordinator or supervisor
- Necessary experience in the food industry, procurement, maintenance, and CMMS (E-Maintenance) software. Familiarity with SAP is a bonus
- Proficiency in interpreting equipment drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of regulatory standards is essential
- Possession of a Class II Stationary License
- Experience in Data Analysis and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lb., along with regular walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting movements
