As the Head of Marketing (M/F/d), you will lead our global marketing brand team to position the BOSS brand as one of the top 100 brands in the world.

You will serve as the main point of contact for marketing within the business unit, developing a go-to-market strategy that translates complex product offerings into clear marketing stories.

You will also create a marketing calendar aligned with the company's global goals, facilitate communication with regional teams, and analyze brand tracking data to provide actionable insights.

Your team will also be responsible for managing and negotiating brand collaborations and sponsorships. Overall, you will oversee BOSS's marketing strategies and ensure that they strengthen the business and brand.


What you can expect:

  • Developing the annual brand marketing plan, strategy, and budget allocation by channel
  • Providing clear briefs to marketing shared services (Image Department, Communications Department, and Digital Department)
  • Collaborating with the eCommerce and CRM teams to ensure a seamless and impactful brand experience across all channels
