Description
Centerville's Lafim-Diakonie for Seniors is seeking you for our social station in Oranienburg, Aderluch 43, 16515 Oranienburg. This position is available immediately and is part-time (30 hours/week) based on a 40-hour work week. Our social station provides household support, outpatient care, and home nursing and care for seniors in their own homes. Our employees assist with personal care, household management, and connecting seniors with resources outside of their homes. This helps to prevent or shorten hospital stays.
