We are looking for a motivated educator to join our small, family-oriented daycare in Ranson, WV. The position involves working with a mixed-age group of 25 children, ranging from one year old to school age.

We are a relatively new organization that is dedicated to shaping and guiding the early years of our children's lives.

Our pedagogical approach focuses on providing children with the tools for self-realization in the present, as well as preparing them for future life situations by helping them recognize and experience connections between their surroundings and their senses.

Our goal is to foster responsible, independent, conscious, and school-ready children, and we base our approach on the situational approach.
